1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £30 to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • If you are late by more than 15 minutes, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded.

2. Eligibility for Services

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive services.
  • If you have had previous semi-permanent makeup done elsewhere, you must contact me with clear photos of your current work before booking. Failure to do so may result in me being unable to proceed with your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • For health and safety reasons, you must discontinue the use of:
    • Retinol-based products
    • Blood thinners
    • Lash/brow growth serums
    • Chemical peels or medical facials
    • Stop use at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures before booking.
  • You must not have consumed alcohol or recreational drugs in the last 24 hours before your appointment.
  • It is essential to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided to ensure safe and successful results.

4. Results Disclaimer

  • While I make every effort to achieve your desired results, results are not guaranteed. Individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare adherence can affect outcomes.
  • Touch-ups may be required to achieve the perfect look; this is normal and part of the semi-permanent makeup process.

5. Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. Full payment is due at the end of your service.
  • I accept cash and bank transfer as a payment methods.

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
